Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to present to you a typical description for a Team Build for your staff, which can be geared or tailormade to your Company’s specific requirements. Upon your request we can offer letters of reference from BIDVEST, TELESURE, DIAL DIRECT, ABSA, STANDARD BANK, ETC to assure you of the wonderful TEAM BUILD we present.
TEAMBUILDING: Catering from small groups of 10 people to 300 people.
We have various ways to present your Team Build:
1) “THE (Your Company name)….. NATIONAL DANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS 2018”/ OR A “STRICTLY COME DANCING” COMPETITION.
TIME: 1-1,5 HRS
Your group is divided into teams: GROUP CLASSES ON CHARLESTON (Humorous, fun dance), THE LINDY HOP (Fun, high energy), SWING (Jazzy Beat) AND ARGENTINE TANGO (Smokey, 1920’s style).
FOLLOWED BY A “COMPETITION” WITH PRIZE-GIVING INCLUDING TROPHIES & MEDALS (ENGRAVED WITH THE COMPANY’S DETAILS AND A FUN DANCE COUPLE GRAPHIC!). DANCE COACHES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO TEACH THE DIFFERENT GROUPS.
CATEGORIES:
- BEST DANCE COUPLE/GROUP
- MOST CREATIVE COUPLE/GROUP
- MOST HUMOROUS COUPLE/GROUP
- MOST DYNAMIC COUPLE/GROUP
PARAPHANAELIA, LIKE CHEESECUTTER HATS, FEATHER-BOA’S, QUELLA ZAIRE (long cigarette holders), RED ROSES &, MASKS TO SUIT THE THEME, ETC WILL BE PROVIDED TO EACH TEAM, TO BETTER EXPRESS THEMSELVES! OR: GROUP-COLOURS: TEAM COLOUR HEADBANDS FOR EACH TEAM.
2) SPIRIT AND TEAMBUILDING
TIME: 1 TO 1,5 HRS
A CHARLESTON/SWING/ TANGO/LINDY HOP (OR ANY GENRE) LINEDANCE OR FLASHMOB – WILL BE TAUGHT- (THE BASIC STEPS) – THE DELEGATES GET DIVIDED IN DIFFERENT GROUPS AND HAVE TO PERSONALISE THE LINEDANCE AND CHOREOGRAPHY TO BEST” PORTRAY” THEIR GROUP.
A PROFESSIONAL ADJUDICATOR IS PRESENT, – TOGETHER WITH DANCE-INSTRUCTORS, WHO WILL ASSIST WITH CHOREOGRAPHY AND CREATING SPIRIT.
A “SPIRIT TROPHY” IS ALLOCATED TO THE MOST SPIRITED AND FUN GROUP.
(PREFERABLE BUT NOT COMPULSORY):
Trophies and Medals: Engraved with the Company’s logo QUOTED BY “The House of Champions”.
Music system and Music: Stand- alone SPEAKERS AND MICROPHONES can be provided for your Team Build.
3)IF YOU WOULD LIKE SOMETHING LESS INTENSE.
If you would like something less intense you can just do a ONE HOUR (1 TO 1,5HR) FUN GROUP SESSION – where you can choose any dance style and even a Line Dance to get your people going. We suggest a fantastic SALSA, SWING OR CHARLESTON GROUPSESSION, where we get everybody involved without your crowd needing to be equal gents and ladies!
EXTRA DANCECOACHES WILL BE NEEDED TO ASSIST THE DANCEMASTER. WE WILL STILL PROVIDE PARAPHANAELIA TO CREATE MORE FUN AND EXCITEMENT.
TO THE WINNERS: THE DANCE JUNXION WOULD LIKE TO SPONSOR A PRIZE TO THE MOST SPIRITED GROUP: Each person in the “Winning Group” will receive a Dance Voucher from the Dance JunXion to the Value of R295.
ADDED EXTRA: The Dance JunXion offers their beautiful VENUE at 25% of the normal rate if you do your Team Build through us.
TMC Dance Dynamix offers a team build geared or tailor-made to your company’s requirements and specific brand. Workshops can be held with 20-300 people. Also great for parties and private functions. We are geared to divide your staff contingency in small Covid friendly groups. NOW is the best time to boost the morale of your staff!
